The Lynx 14 hull has 6 planks. Each plank is in two halves cut from 8 foot panels butt joined by 6 inch straps on the inside. My understanding wife allowed me to glue the planks together in the dining room, allowing the epoxy to cure properly at room temperature. Outside the freezing UK December climate may have been too cold for a reliable cure - I didn't want the hull to suddenly break in half one day!
Note the car body filler applicator - by far the quickest, easiest way to spread a layer of epoxy and they are reusable.
